Style & Approach

How do you choose your wedding photographer with so many options and freebies available? Simply on the strength of the images produced and realistic pricing.

My approach is low key for the candid moments, I shoot your day as it happens, and minimal family portraits capture the importance of the occasion.

This allows me more time to shoot as an observer, allowing you to relax and not worry about posing or being taken away to be photographed for hours.

Having been recently married I understand the importance of having confidence in the people you choose and knowing there's one less thing to worry about. I work alone, shoot limited weddings so you have personal contact with me as often as you require, from your initial enquiry to the delivery of your finished album.

On Processing

Contemporary digital cameras allow much freedom to be creative. Images from the camera however are not finished and require digital processing to give the shots that final finished quality. This is done by adjusting all images for colour, exposure and crop and I also convert all your images to black & white to get the highest possible quality for you.

Photographers deal in things which are continually vanishing and when they have vanished there is no contrivance on earth which can make them come back again.

~Henri Cartier-Bresson.
